The Boring Store

Website Illustration

Supplying all of Chicago's secret
agent needs, The Boring Store raises money for the Dave Eggers-founded 826CHI, which helps 6- to 18-year-old students develop creative writing skills. Spike Press jumped at the chance to work on this project, not only to support 826CHI's worthy cause, but also because the site is based on illustrations done for The Boring Store by the one and only Chris Ware.

Domani Studios

Wall Mural

When interactive ass-kickers
Domani Studios opened their Chicago office, they had it all: exposed brick loft, Guitar Hero, fridge stocked with microbrews, and a giant glaringly blank wall. To remedy this Spike
Press was asked to design a 14'x12' mural that reflected the unique Domani sensibility as well as their new location. The final design was printed and hung using custom wallpaper.
